Fulfillment Policy for Credit Card Payments

Payment Processing

  • All credit card payments are securely processed through Stripe, our trusted third-party payment processor. By submitting a payment, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service and privacy policy, as well as this fulfillment policy.
  • Payments are charged in U.S. dollars (USD).
  • Charges will appear on your statement as “CTS” or “Computing Technology Solutions” or “Computing Technology S”.

Service Delivery

  • CTS offers a combination of remote and on-site technology services, which include but are not limited to:
  • Managed IT support
  • Cybersecurity solutions
  • Network infrastructure services
  • Cloud services and consulting
  • Upon successful payment:
  • A service request or project will be scheduled within 1 to 2 business days, depending on the nature of the service.
  • For recurring support plans, service delivery begins as outlined in the Master Services Agreement.
  • For one-time or project-based services, fulfillment timelines will be communicated via email or your designated point of contact.

Confirmation and Communication

  • A payment confirmation email will be sent automatically after Stripe processes the transaction.
  • If applicable, you will receive a separate email or phone call from our team confirming your service schedule or next steps.
  • All service details and deliverables will be documented in a quote, statement of work, service agreement, or project scope document.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • CTS maintains a fair and transparent refund policy:
  • Monthly Agreements: Cancellations require 30 days’ written notice. Charges already processed for the current month are non-refundable.
  • Project-Based Services: Deposits are non-refundable once project work has commenced. If a project is canceled before work begins, a refund (minus a 5% processing fee) may be issued.

Disputes and Chargebacks

  • CTS values open communication and encourages clients to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a dispute or chargeback with Stripe.
  • Unresolved disputes may result in a temporary suspension of services.
  • Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may lead to permanent termination of services.
