Lead Generation Specialist

Our Lead Generation Specialist (LGS) is responsible for assisting with generating new business by cold calling pre-generated identified prospects. This position requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as attention to detail and organization. Our LGS ideally has a proven track record of successfully generating leads. Our LGS must be highly motivated, able to work independently, prioritize tasks, committed to providing exceptional service, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.  This is a fully remote position.

Support Technician

Our Support Technicians (ST’s) need to live in or be able to relocate to Southeastern WI or the Northern Suburbs of Chicago, IL. This position is approximately 75% remote from home and 25% onsite client work. Our ST’s ensure that our clients have an outstanding experience when IT support needs arise. Being the first point of contact for support needs, our ST’s significantly impact the experience for each client. ST’s must work with other CTS team members and external partners to guarantee that client SLA’s are met, client projects are successfully completed while meeting deadlines, and we are exceeding the expectations of our clients. Our ST position offers three levels: Junior ST, ST, and Senior ST. Placement specific to levels is based on experience and demonstrated growth through work at CTS.
